In Indianapolis, please message us to schedule an appointment to drop off your loved ones item. We will briefly discuss any specific details you would like to have preserved. When your bear is finished we will message you for pickup
 
Outside of Indianapolis
Please ship your loved ones item to our studio at 2804 E, 55th Place Suite Q, Indianapolis, IN 46220. Include andy specific details you would like to have preserved. 
Please ship your item(s) by the service of your choice (i.e. USPS, UPS, Fed Ex..etc.). shipping to us is not included in your purchase price. 
We suggest using a trackable service such as, priority mail. We will confirm receipt of your item(s) when they arrive via email.  
 
Upon completion of your bear, your order will be shipped to you with USPS priority mail which is included in your purchase price
